Understanding Specific Legal Issue Details Here Including Whatever
Premises rented as a seasonal use campground, such as a trailer park, are beyond the scope of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, S.O. 2006, Chapter 17 being the statute law addressing landlord and tenant relations. Although a landlord, being the campground owner, and a tenant, being the renter of a campground site, may exist, such relations are deemed as recreational.
The Law
The Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, excludes vacationers occupying seasonal use campgrounds, including trailer parks. Specifically, the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, states:

5 This Act does not apply with respect to,
(a) living accommodation intended to be provided to the travelling or vacationing public or occupied for a seasonal or temporary period in a hotel, motel or motor hotel, resort, lodge, tourist camp, cottage or cabin establishment, inn, campground, trailer park, tourist home, bed and breakfast vacation establishment or vacation home;
