What Is the Clio Grow Inbox?
The Clio Grow Leads Inbox is a digital holding area inside Clio Grow where new potential client inquiries from your Success.Legal ecosystem website can be delivered. It allows website leads to be reviewed before they are added to your intake pipeline or converted into contacts within Clio Grow.
Through the Success.Legal ecosystem integration with Clio Grow, information submitted through your website intake forms can be forwarded directly into your Clio Grow Inbox. From there, you can continue your normal intake process, including reviewing the inquiry, sending intake documents for e-signature, and moving the file toward matter creation in Clio Manage.
This helps connect your website inquiry process with your broader client-lifecycle workflow. Instead of manually re-entering lead information received through your Success.Legal ecosystem website, the submitted details can move from first website contact into Clio Grow for review, intake management, and next-step follow-up.
Making Your Clio Connection
Each Clio Grow account has a unique Inbox Token that identifies where new lead information should be sent. To connect your Success.Legal ecosystem website to Clio Grow, this token must be copied from your Clio Grow account and added to your website’s Business Persona settings.
Once saved, new leads submitted through your website can be automatically pushed into your Clio Grow Leads Inbox, provided that the Clio integration is enabled for your account.
Note: To find your Clio Grow Inbox Token, sign in to your Clio Grow account and go to Settings > Integrations. The Inbox Token should appear within the integrations area.
- Copy the Inbox Token from your Clio Grow account.
- Sign in to your Success.Legal ecosystem website using your Admin account.
- In the Admin Panel, click Business Persona.
- Open the tab labelled 3rd-Party App Integrations.
- Paste the Inbox Token into the field labelled Clio Grow Lead Inbox Token (Key).
- Confirm that the toggle labelled Clio is Allowed is switched on.
- Click Save.
