Announcement: Introduction of the "Fair Share" Pricing Model

As we continuously evolve the Marketing.Legal platform to exceed the digital demands of the legal profession, we are introducing a new pricing model named "Fair Share".  This model more accurately reflects the value and resources provided and consumed, especially given significant cost increases since our last base price adjustment in 2018.  These include a rise from $400 to over $1,400 per month for our Microsoft Azure enterprise web-server and database, along with the integration of new features such as OpenAI, URLBox image automation, and other pivotal services.

To sustain our service levels and continue providing cutting-edge tools, we are implementing a "Fair Share" increase to our monthly service charges.  This resource consumption-based pricing model will allow us to allocate costs more fairly, ensuring that those whose website-applications demand the most resources will contribute proportionally more to the ecosystem's sustainability.

Understanding the New "Fair Share" Pricing Model

The revised "Fair Share" pricing strategy introduces a base increase of 25% across all current subscriptions to cover escalating costs.  Additionally, it shifts to a model where charges reflect above-average resource usage.  This ensures a fair approach where costs are aligned with consumption, particularly asking more from the website-applications that utilize a greater share of our resources.

If...

• Your website achieves 150% or more than average lead conversions;
• Your website consumes 150% or more than average resources;
• Your website has maintained these levels for at least the past three months;

Then...

Going forward, your fee will increase by your "Fair Share" (percentage) of our costs of consumed resources, calculated based on the averages of your past six months of usage.
